About Andrew

Andrew developed a passion for R&D from an early age – helping his inventive father with scientific experiments in the family kitchen. Andrew has not looked back since, becoming a researcher of a novel type of cement. Separately as a director in his family’s holding company, Andrew has gained valuable experience in proposal writing, consulting and business administration.

Andrew was an integral part of an academic and industry leading team of researchers, gaining 8 years of experience in cutting edge research. Discoveries made in the development of geopolymer binder systems and calcined clay based supplementary cementitious materials led to the publication of research papers. He was responsible for experiment and mix design, data analysis and the design and implementation of new quality processes. His role involved liaising between the factory, laboratory and customers to create bespoke high-quality products to meet and surpass the clients desired criteria.
